Raja Rani follows Rania, a spirited and outspoken young woman from a modest background who works in a garage. The other lead, Zaviyar Hamdani, is set to inherit his father’s business after completing his studies abroad. Zaviyar falls in love with his classmate Sonia, and the two marry.

Just a year into their marriage, tragedy strikes when Zaviyar suffers an accident that leaves him with memory loss. Unable to cope with his condition, Sonia chooses to leave him.

In an effort to help his son, Zafar Sahib, Zaviyar’s father, offers assistance to Rania’s father and brings Rania into their home to care for Zaviyar. However, their lives soon face disruption from Junaid, Zaviyar’s cousin, whose malicious plans threaten their fragile stability.

As Rania works to support Zaviyar and help him heal, the question remains: will her strength be enough to protect him, or will Junaid succeed in his schemes?
